About Monarch Counseling

The staff at Monarch Counseling is an association of Independent Practitioners. The therapists affiliated with Monarch Counseling are independent contractors who each operate their own legally separate businesses, but who have agreed to cooperate jointly for operational and other purposes, including to engage in quality assessment and improvement activities. The therapists are able to work with clients living in Ohio or clients that are able to be in Ohio at the time of Telehealth appointments.

Meet Our Staff

All staff are contract employees. We are unable to schedule same day services or consultations for new patients. Calls/emails will be responded to within two to three business days and all consultations and appointments are scheduled in advance.

Tina Schneider, Ph.D., Owner, Founder

Tina is the Owner and Founder of Monarch Counseling. She is a licensed counseling psychologist in Westerville, OH. Her work environment is in private practice. Tina is certified by The Ohio state board of psychology (License: P.07857.) She went into private practice to provide care to patients in her community, to help them to meet their personal goals and succeed in the home environment, at school, at work, and in the community.

Gae Hill, LPCC

Gae Hill, LPCC (license #: P.08209, contract employee) obtained her master's degree in Counseling from Bowling Green State University. She is a licensed professional clinical counselor, trained in ADHD counseling and testing, EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprograming).

Hanna Schultz, Ph.D.

Hanna is a licensed clinical psychologist certified to practice in the state of Ohio (P.08549). She works as an independent contractor for Monarch Counseling as a provider of evidenced-based psychological testing and treatments for children (ages 5+), adolescents, and adults.

Katelyn Dougan

Katelyn is contracted with Monarch Counseling as an Administrative Assistant. Her focus is in creating educational presentations, maintaining the website and social media and managing new patient inquiries for Monarch Counseling.
