Gae Hill, LPCC (license #: P.08209, contract employee) obtained her master’s degree in Counseling from Bowling Green State University. She is a licensed professional clinical counselor, trained in ADHD counseling and testing, EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprograming). This type of therapy addresses trauma, which can occur at any age. EMDR therapy has proven results for individuals experiencing, trauma, anxiety, and even addictions, resistant to talk therapy. Her vast experience counseling individuals and groups ranging from youth, college students, working adults, and seniors in care facilities has taught her that emotional relief and peace of mind, can be achieved at any time, at any age. She has provided services in youth and adult substance abuse treatment centers and residential programs, long-term care facilities for seniors, psychiatric hospitalization programs, adult day treatment programs, inpatient and outpatient hospital settings.
Gae is trained in telehealth services and can provide video, or in person counseling services.
